Payment schedules are defined in each project proposal. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit is required to begin work, with remaining balances due at agreed milestones. Late or non-payment may pause work until the account is settled.

The scope, deliverables and timelines of any project are agreed in a proposal before work begins. Timely delivery depends on both parties, and clients agree to provide the content, feedback and approvals needed to keep the project on schedule.

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as defined in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEXANOVA Technologies Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
